incident summary of your request and our response.
We would like to hear from you within the next few days, so that we
know you have been sucessful. If you are still having problems,
please let us know.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you.
PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL. E-MAIL responses do not update
your request.
Leider ist mein Englisch nicht gerade gut. Ich habe meine Seriennummer und meien Maschinencode mitgeschickt aber ich weiß nicht einmal ob dies die richte Adresse war!
Vielleicht kann mir ja einer von Euch weiter helfen.
